San Luis Obispo Bracket - Sinsheimer Stadium

The Indians host their annual NBC Central Coast State Tournament this weekend at Elks Field in Santa Maria and in San Luis Obispo at Sinsheimer Stadium. The four teams in the Santa Maria bracket are the Indians, the East LA Dodgers, the Bay Area Giants, and the Clovis Outlaws. In the San Luis Obispo bracket are the San Luis Obispo Rattlers, the Tinseltown Terror, Maxim Yankees, and the Oakland Expos.

The Yankees took down the host San Luis Obispo Rattlers Thursday night in the opening round of the tournament. Yankees starter David Stringer from Stanford pitched a great game, going 8 innings and giving up 4 hits, 1 run and striking out 7 Rattlers. John Joines went 3-3 with a double, 2 runs scored, and an RBI while Garrett Imeson went 1-5 with 2 RBI. Brett Bomaracki went 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored.
